Over the years The Taylor Mansion has held many events from Proms to Baptisms. Whether you are hosting a corporate team building, a large gala, a family reunion, or fundraiser - whatever the event may be, we can help you host it. Some of our favorite recent events have been hosting a Kentucky Derby party, a pool side baby-shower, and a 40th birthday bash none of the guests will ever forget!

The climate-controlled Crystal Ballroom seats 160 guests comfortably, with a bar area to keep the beverages flowing, a full commercial kitchen, 90” TV for slide shows and a sound system. The covered Pavilion offers additional seating, a bar and sound booth. The pool pavilion offers additional restrooms and more seating. Your guests have plenty of tree-lined outdoor areas to relax in or have breakaway meetings.
Pricing for events is dependent on the number of guests, set-up requirements, and hours. At The Taylor Mansion, we offer you the freedom to use your own vendors or we can recommend our favorite local vendors to host your big event.
To reserve your date, we require an initial deposit of 50% of the total Rental Fee. This Reservation Deposit is nonrefundable. The remaining balance of your Rental Fee is due 30 days before your event.
A $500 Security and Damage Deposit is due 30 days before your event. This Deposit is refundable if the property is left in good condition and contract terms are met.
You are required to procure your own alcohol and hire a TABC certified and insured bartender. You must have one bartender for every 100 guests at your event.
All caterers must be insured, sign and agree to our catering vendor agreement to serve on our property. We have a list of recommended caterers.
