At The Taylor Mansion, we offer you the freedom to use your own vendors for catering, flowers, music, photography, and planning. We understand weddings can be expensive, so we don’t tie you down to using our vendors. We do, however, offer a list of amazing vendors we have used in the past. So, if you need a recommendation, we’re here to help you. Our goal is to make your big day, a day to remember!

When you book a wedding with us you receive the following services:

Hours between 9:30 AM to Midnight Friday and Saturday

10:30 AM to 11:00 PM Sunday-Thursday

  • 2400sqft covered Pavilion perfect for dancing the night away
  • Plenty of restrooms
  • Lighted Parking for 175+ cars
  • Beautiful grounds with hundreds of photo opportunities
  • Pictures with the mini horses for you and your guests during happy hour (We bring the mini horses out to the Pavilion for pictures)
  • Feel free to use your own vendors. We simply require they have insurance and sign vendor agreement. We have a full commercial kitchen with 500lb ice machine
  • 90in TV screen for slide shows in the Crystal Ballroom and sound equipment
  • Complimentary use of facility and property for engagement or bridal photos (by appointment only) We have a 3-acre pond for amazing pictures
  • Complimentary use of facility for 2-hour rehearsal (by appointment only)
  • Wi-Fi
  • We also offer Plates, glasses, silverware, vases, cake stand, drink machine and colored linens all for an additional small cleaning and stocking fee
  • Use of the pool (Depending on the number of people a lifeguard may be required)
  • We ask that you use a wedding planner or designate someone for your big day

The Taylor Mansion


A rental block may take place between 9:30 AM to Midnight on Friday and Saturday and 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM for Sunday to Thursday. Your rental block includes your set up and clean up time. 

Included in your rental is up to 2 additional hours for ceremony rehearsal. (Rehearsal date/time subject to space availability and other events scheduled. Rehearsal dinner may not take place on-site.)

To reserve your date, we require an initial deposit of 50% of the total Rental Fee. This Reservation Deposit is nonrefundable. The remaining balance of your Rental Fee is due 30 days before your event.

A $500 Security and Damage Deposit is due 30 days before your event. This Deposit is refundable if the property is left in good condition and contract terms are met. 

You are required to procure your own alcohol and hire a TABC certified and insured bartender. You must have one bartender for every 100 guests at your event. 

All caterers must be insured, sign and agree to our catering vendor agreement to serve on our property. We have a list of recommended caterers.
