At The Taylor Mansion, we offer you the freedom to use your own vendors for catering, flowers, music, photography, and planning. We understand weddings can be expensive, so we don’t tie you down to using our vendors. We do, however, offer a list of amazing vendors we have used in the past. So, if you need a recommendation, we’re here to help you. Our goal is to make your big day, a day to remember!

Special Discounts for 2-day Rentals
A rental block may take place between 9:30 AM to Midnight on Friday and Saturday and 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM for Sunday to Thursday. Your rental block includes your set up and clean up time.
Included in your rental is up to 2 additional hours for ceremony rehearsal. (Rehearsal date/time subject to space availability and other events scheduled. Rehearsal dinner may not take place on-site.)
To reserve your date, we require an initial deposit of 50% of the total Rental Fee. This Reservation Deposit is nonrefundable. The remaining balance of your Rental Fee is due 30 days before your event.
A $500 Security and Damage Deposit is due 30 days before your event. This Deposit is refundable if the property is left in good condition and contract terms are met.
You are required to procure your own alcohol and hire a TABC certified and insured bartender. You must have one bartender for every 100 guests at your event.
All caterers must be insured, sign and agree to our catering vendor agreement to serve on our property. We have a list of recommended caterers.
